Mind Body Fitness Conferences are 5 days of trainings held in large cities all over the US and Canada. Each day begins with a complimentary Master Class, led by one of our dynamic YogaFit Trainers. We are excited to return to the Boston area with our Mind Body Fitness Conference at the Hilton Boston/Woburn. Woburn. MA is located about 10 miles northwest of Boston and is one of the oldest and most historic communities in New England. The hotel is situated near Cummings Business Park, Woburn and Burlington Malls, and is a short drive to Boston and Salem. There is a complimentary shuttle that takes guests to locations within a 5 mile radius.

The first step on the path toward becoming a yoga teacher or simply deepening your practice, Level One provides the tools to create inspiring vinyasa yoga classes grounded in proper alignment and the safety of exercise science.
While there are no prerequisites for this course, we do require that all attendees read Beth Shaw's YogaFit prior to attending. This book explains the foundation of our entire teacher training program, and allows for better overall understanding of the material covered in our Level One Training. The result is improved pelvic floor function.

Level Five brings together all that you’ve learned in your YogaFit 200‐hour teacher training, and shifts the emphasis from external accomplishments to internal growth. Applying the powerful practice of staying in the present moment, an integral tenet of the essence of YogaFit, this two‐day intensive may be the end of your official teacher training, but it’s just the beginning of your journey inward toward true integration.
Note: All participants are required to complete the Brief Strengths Test, authentichappiness.org, print individual results, and bring these results to the training.
