Beth Shaw's YogaFit book, 3rd Edition, is required for every training.

**Beginning June 1, 2020, for all in person Trainings, each attendee will be required to have:

  • Two yoga mats that can be placed in a + to help ensure appropriate distancing.

  • Personal sanitizer and any other supplies that you prefer to sanitize your space periodically

  • Face mask: while masks are not required for the entire training, they will be used for small group work

  • Signature on liability waiver
