LEVEL ONE: Foundations
Level One is your first step on the path toward becoming a yoga teacher. This training is available for anyone who wants to teach yoga or simply deepen their practice. Level One provides the foundation and tools to create inspiring vinyasa classes grounded in proper alignment and the safety of exercise science.
LEVEL TWO: Communication
Dive deeper into YogaFit’s transformational language to effectively communicate what you know. Using physical cues, imagery, and affirmations, you’ll learn to foster a safe, nurturing environment for all students.
LEVEL THREE: Introspection
Level Three focuses on the seven chakras to create a deeper sense of selfâawareness. You’ll then learn to use that awareness and your anatomical knowledge to give handsâon assists.
LEVEL FOUR: Tradition
Although you’ll continue to explore more challenging practices, Level Four emphasizes how to weave yoga’s ancient tradition into your practice, your teaching, and your life.
LEVEL FIVE: Unification
Level Five shifts the emphasis from external accomplishments to internal growth. You’ll apply the practice of staying in the present moment to all that you’ve learned in your 200-hour YTT.

Using the latest research, this workshop will help you create a trauma-sensitive yoga program that is safe and effective for a variety of age groups—from newborns to adolescents.
This oneâday workshop offers ways to modify YogaFit classes to make them accessible to individuals over the age of 55, regardless of their fitness levels.
Anatomy and Alignment
This twoâday interactive module explores the musculoskeletal anatomy and biomechanics you need to know in order to safely and effectively teach hatha yoga classes.
Anatomy and Alignment II
YogaFit's second interactive Anatomy & Alignment training looks at the practice of hatha yoga through Base of Support, Center of Gravity, Skeletal Anatomy, and the physiology of stretching.
Using movement, games, sharing, breath work and visualization, YogaFit Kids demonstrates how to create an active, safe, and inclusive environment for kids and teens to counter the stress in their lives.
YogaFit Prenatal explores the physical and emotional changes women face during pregnancy, and offers classic yoga postures, in a gentle flow, that are appropriate for pregnancy and the postnatal experience.
