YOGALEAN: A Cleansing Tea
by Beth Shaw | 26/02/2017This combo of ginger, lemon, and honey restores pH balance, removes toxins from organs and sinuses, and bolsters the immune system.
Speaking ayurvedically, Kathryn Herbert explains that the ginger is pungent enough to dissolve the heaviness of kapha and yet has a sweet post-digestive quality that pacifies pitta. She says drinking this tea first thing in the morning is a must-do for any spring cleanse. Find more tips from Kathryn and Beth here.
