YOGALEAN: Deliciousness on ice

MOCHA SMOOTHIE

 

I love this smoothie because it tastes great and is low in calories and fat—unlike its Starbucks counterpart. Sip it on a warm day and watch your metabolism rev up.

 

What you’ll need

1 cup cold black coffee

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

 

 

Make it YogaLean

 

1.  Pour the coffee into ice-cube trays and place in the freezer overnight.

2.  In a blender, add the coffee ice cubes, protein powder, almond milk, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk, if desired.
