Immunity Trinity Tea

A perfect way to cleanse the system to support deep tissues.

 

What you'll need:

1 large knob of ginger root

3 lemons

1/4 cup raw honey

4 cups of filtered water

 

Make it YogaLean:

1. Peel the ginger and chop into small pieces

2. Wash the lemons, juice all 3 and save the rind from one

3. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add the ginger and lemon rind

4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes

5. Remove from heat and add lemon juice

6. Allow to cool slightly, add the raw honey, stir and enjoy!
