If we are looking for an overall sense of renewal, nothing works better than a great back extension. The eggs are extremely helpful in this pose to offer wrist support.
Place your hands in the middle of the curve on the egg first, as you lift into the pose, allow your hands to push down towards the floor taking the wrist out of a 90 degree angle as they would be on the floor, and opening them up closer to 45 degrees.
Such a great pose to open the chest and shoulders, renewing mind, body and spirit.
