Bio: Julie has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is currently an ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer She is certified through YogaFit and has completed levels 1-5 working towards her 200-hr RYT. She plans to continue with 300-hr Yoga Therapy Certification. Julie teaches a Vinyasa flow style of Yoga, which includes breath exercises and encourages movement of the body with the breath to create a synergy the body and mind love. She enjoys working with participants at all levels, and teaches her classes with many options so beginners can feel successful and safe, while also providing options for more challenging work so participants can continue to progress. The most important thing Julie likes to teach her students is how to really feel and listen to their bodies, and to help them to achieve their highest level of fitness.

Bio: Kim has been a licensed medical massage therapist for 14 years. She began her journey with YOGAFIT in 2011. She is currently working toward her 500 hour RYT through YOGAFIT and plans on applying to YogaFit's 1000 hour Yoga Therapy program. Introduced to YogaFit at a local gym in 2000, she fell in love and knew one day would pursue teaching YogaFit! "Being in the healing industry I see Massage and Yoga as preventative medicine. Bio: Marcy King is the owner/operator of Millside Fitness 24/7 in Dexter, Maine where she offers members a completely outfitted gym with cardio and free weights and offers more than a dozen group fitness classes per week. She has been teaching group fitness classes since 1998 and recently has added YogaFit to her repertoire! Marcy is very enthusiastic about fitness, health, and well-being, which is why she chose to partner with YogaFit and extend this program to Millside Fitness 24/7.
Marcy has competed in numerous road races, including completing 2 marathons and was a Tough Mudder finisher in 2013 & 2014.

Bio: I have been teaching many different formats of group fitness (yoga, water fitness, aerobics, muscle conditioning, etc...) for all ages and fitness levels for over 20 years. I love my job as Group Fitness Coordinator and Fitness Instructor at the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club. I also have a Masters Degree in Music: Flute Performance from University of Massachusetts. I play and teach music professionally here on Maui and the surrounding islands.
