One of the major benefits that can be driven from Yoga is the connection that is developed with nature. Inspiration from nature actually enhances the effect of Yogasanas on the child. Whenever children practise Yogasanas in the lap of nature, they feel the qualities of nature within themselves, many of which are really desirable like grace, tolerance and sensibility.

Repeatedly dictating what to do and what not to, doesn’t yield the expected results for children. The approach should rather be allowing the child to grow and grow mature by adapting and appreciating the environment around them. The best way to do that is to bring in the instrument of Yoga in their lives.
