At the YogaFit Training Centre we customize our classes to serve each of our students needs. YogaFit is a safe yoga class that meets you where you are. We honour our students, respecting any limitations, injuries or concerns that they might have by offering appropriate modifications when needed. Our highest concern is the safety of each of our students. We always encourage our students to listen to the needs of their own bodies. We offer a variety of different programs, classes and workshops for everybody and every body. Our studio space is intimate, inclusive and welcoming. With limited space available our class sizes are small, typically ranging from 3-8 students. This allows for more one-on-one time with the teacher. Our studio is located at the lower level of our head office (entrance next door, 898 Danforth Ave.) with indirect natural light that softens the space creating a relaxing atmosphere free of distractions. Our studio is also equipped with a washroom, mats, and a variety of props for your convenience. Please, join us for a class, workshop or a teacher training - you will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed.

Starting Tuesday, Feb. 11th - Aromatherapy Gentle Flow : Tuesdays, 7pm-8pm - with Lindsey. Pre-registration required. Please email   (FREE/donations accepted)                                                                

Suitable for beginners or anyone looking for gentle flow movement. A combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga, incorporating essential oils throughout the practice.


Yoga with Ana Maria Garzon (by donation): Wednesday 7:30-8:45pm - PRE-REGISTRAION REQUIRED. Please email to hold your spot. 

Ana, a Venezuelan who has found roots in Canada has always been involved in helping those in need. Ana has completed her medical degree in Venezuela and over 800hrs in mindfulness, Yin Yoga and trauma based yoga training.. Her classes are a mix of all her trainings and her dance background.

Natalie Kamino has been teaching children and adults of all ages and abilities for the past 20 years. She has a passion for sharing her love of movement through yoga, dance and fitness classes, as well as private instruction. She has her 200 RYT and 140 hrs Warriors trauma-sensitive teacher training through YogaFit.
