Vata Balancing Ayurveda Tea
This simple and delicious Ayurveda tea is the perfect remedy to boost our gut health, build a resilient immunity and balance our Vata Dosha during the winter season.
What you’ll need:
1 teaspoon grated turmeric root (1/3 if using ground)
1 teaspoon grated ginger root (1/3 if using ground)
1 teaspoon of manuka honey
1 cup of boiled water
1 slice of lemon
Mix all ingredients together and sip sip sip in all of the goodness!
Tumeric Root – Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, boosts memory, may lower risk of heart disease, anti-aging properties, may improve brian function
Ginger Root – Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, helps with digestion, reduces nausea, may reduce muscle pain, reduces menstrual pain, may improve brain function
Manuka Honey - Natural antibiotic qualities, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, may enhance oral health
Lemon – Antioxidant, antibacterial, natural antiseptic, diuretic, improves digestion and elimination
