1. Travel. There is so much to see.
2. Trail walks with hubby or my soul sistas ....and of course my dog Charlie. He sees the shoes and smells the tights and there is no leaving without him.
3. Listen to inspirational podcasts every single day!
How do you incorporate mindfulness techniques into your day?
It's nature and it is instant! My soul craves the positive vibes! As soon as I step into it; it's the smell, the view, the birds and the quietness that I am surrounded with that is complete "mindfulness bliss"!

Wow, they are endless! How much time do you have?
