Boat Pose - Paripurna Navasana
While naturally strengthening the abdomen, hip flexors and spine, this pose becomes extra dynamic while on the Board. Movements and entry into this pose are slow, but we will feel the benefits (especially in those abs!) immediately. Fun alternatives include half boat pose, or gripping around our toes. The pose can also be practiced facing the short edge of the Board or the long edge; play around and feel the differences!
