Your Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is to support my students to become the best version of themselves (mentally and physically), combined with a good sense of humor! Yoga has so much to offer for everyone. We can decide for ourselves what we need in every practice. Do we need more active poses, or do we need to mentally rest and re-energize? We might need a mix of both. That’s the beauty of yoga. It’s our decision. Yoga is a wonderful journey with no destination. I’m very grateful to be part of my students’ journey.
Favorite YogaFit Memory
There are so many amazing YogaFit memories! As part of my 500 RYT, the Restorative Yoga training was required. I thought it wouldn’t be my favorite training, but I took it and fell absolutely in love with it. My body and my mind loved it so much and I recognized how I needed it. During the training I decided that I wanted to open a small yoga studio myself and specialize in Restorative Yoga. This is how I stepped into entrepreneurship.
I love nature! My favourite place to be are the Swiss Alps with my family.
