Your Teaching Philosophy
Movement is an exploration of the self - physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and beyond. The body holds so much wisdom and yoga is one way to tap in to it. I like yoga to be highly experimental so that participants can explore poses in their own way in their own time. And it should be fun!

Sitting in Healthcare 1 and realizing that I can use yoga to help people in a profound way.
