Your Teaching Philosophy
My teaching Philosophy is all about fun. My students are taking time out of their busy, stressful lives to come to class. I feel that class is a place that they can let go of all of that and smile, laugh, and not take themselves too seriously. This allows my new students to feel accepted and not worry too much about being the new person, if its fun they want to come back and do more of it, and good things come from more yoga.
Favorite YogaFit Memory
My favourite YogaFit memory is from my very first level one training. Lisa came by with a few tips for Pyramid pose and I had an Ah ha moment, the first of many that training. I gained so much from that first training and the sense of community I felt had me hooked on YogaFit. I am at almost 500 hours and I still have those Ah ha moments every training.
My happy place is camping. There is nothing better than being in the forest, listening to the birds while reading a good book and drinking a cup of tea. Add a campfire and we have perfection!
