Your Teaching Philosophy

I believe everyone finds yoga when the need yoga in their lives. That was certainly true for me! I also feel like there is a type of yoga out there for everyone. If someone doesn't like a certain class, I tell them to try another style! YogaFit offers so many options, everyone finds something that fits for them. My goal is to be a guide to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone!

My first YogaFit Conference! I look forward to conferences and I've never felt the friendship and excitement that I feel at a YogaFit Mind Body Fitness Conference anyplace else!

Happy Place

Some of my family owns a cabin at the base of Mt. Whitney in California. I love breathing the crisp, mountain air and listing to the stream that runs by the cabin! It’s so peaceful there!
