Your Teaching Philosophy
I believe that bringing a sense of compassion to our practice is one of the most important things we can do on the mat. While teaching, I encourage students to practice with the body that they have right now with an attitude of friendliness. My desire as a teacher is to facilitate our ability to have a greater relationship with ourselves--body, mind, heart, and, and spirit--through the practice.
Favorite YogaFit Memory
Over the years, my favorite YogaFit memories involve being in community with a group of students and teachers dedicated to the practice.
Of course--on the Yoga mat. Beyond that, being near the sound of the ocean, playing with my puppy, and during the magic time of the early morning hours.
