Carol Shankland has been instructing group fitness classes since 1980. Her credentials include, degree in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology, PE Type A teaching certificate, AFAA Cycling, Kickbox, Step, Mat Science, ACE, Group X, Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance and is an Indo Board Ambassador.
Your Teaching Philosophy
Discovering YogaFit in 2002 was the most amazing experience in my wellness journey. The trainees are part of an extended family, growing together and caring about each other. My teaching philosophy is to embrace awareness, compassion, laughter and harmony in every training, staying true to the YogaFit essence.
