

Designed for those seeking advanced training beyond the 200-hour RYT, this program will give you foundational knowledge in Therapeutic Yoga. We combine ancient yogic tools and philosophy with modern science with the goal of optimizing mind-body wellness. Upon completion, you will be recognized as a Yoga Teacher with 500-hour RYT.
If you decide to move on to our YogaFit Therapy Program, you will have already fulfilled 300 hours of the core requirements towards becoming a professional Yoga Therapist.
You can tailor your education from the many great training options listed below.
Therapy 1 (4-days) – Prerequisites are Level 1 and Anatomy/Alignment.
Therapy 2 (4-days) – Prerequisites are RYT-200 or YogaFit Levels 1-4 as a minimum.

Pranayama (1-day)
YogaFit for Mental Health (2-days)
Yoga for the Brain (2-days)
Choose from these 1-day workshops (that you have not already taken in RYT 200): YogaLean 1, YogaLean 2, YogaBack, YogaSweat, Yoga for Personal Trainers, YogaProps, YogaFit Thai Therapy, Working with the Chakras, and YogaFit for the Change: PMS to Menopause.
Advanced Yoga Intensives (ranging from 3-days to a weeklong immersion)
