the burn!" as I bounced around my living room in leg warmers
and a headband. Often, however, the "burn" was supplemented
by pain when I barked my shins on the coffee table. Well, there's

jumping around. This workout, which combines elements of hatha
yoga with traditional fitness exercises and stretches, keeps
you in one spot on a comfy mat while you work up a respectable
