Yoga Instructor Courses

We at YogaFit have developed a series of yoga instructor courses that give you the chance to teach a style of yoga that is not available from anyone else. Our fitness-based yoga courses allow all types of people to reap the benefits that yoga has to offer. YogaFit increases strength, enhances mental acuity, reduces stress, and helps students achieve their fitness goals.

Our Level 1 yoga instructor courses allow you to learn the correct execution for over 40 traditional yoga poses and modifications. Beginners will learn how to create classes that are effective and safe for their students, and they'll have the chance to practice their new skills in hands-on environment.

Once you have moved pass Level I, you'll be introduced to advanced breathing techniques, complex progressions, and in-depth class formatting in Level II and III. You will also have the opportunity to learn and master new poses and to develop the communication skills that will help you better educate your students. You will also delve deeper into creating a mind/body connection, and you can engage in discussions of the seven chakras.

As you progress through our yoga instructor courses, you can add specialty skills that will allow you to teach specific groups of people that often miss out on standard yoga classes.
