Yoga Fitness

Many of the traditional forms of yoga are not designed to account for the variety of body types, age groups, and fitness levels that are present in the majority of fitness centers and gyms throughout the United States and the rest of the world. This has greatly limited the number of students who can actually benefit from yoga instruction. It has also reduced the ability of instructors to pass their skills on to a wide group of people.

YogaFit combines traditional yoga poses and beliefs with the standard group exercise format of warm-up, work, and cool-down. It also incorporates other exercise techniques to create a yoga fitness regimen that can be enjoyed by everybody. YogaFit instructors can work with people of all ages and experience levels to help them improve their physical strength, tone their bodies, and heighten their mental acuity.

At YogaFit, we offer workshops and conferences that enable instructors to develop new skills and create classes that appeal to a wide range of students.
