Yoga EducationAs an instructor of yoga, YogaFit provides you with the ability to reach a wider range of students than traditional yoga forms. Our yoga education programs will introduce you to our unique fitness-based yoga programs that have become popular in health centers throughout the world. We believe that everyone should get the chance to benefit from yoga, so we have created courses that are user-friendly regardless of one's weight, size, or fitness history.
The yoga education workshops we offer allow you to work towards your ACE and AFAA certifications. We also have conferences and programs that allow you to achieve recognition and certification from the 200 Hour Yoga Alliance. We offer progressive courses that allow you to build on what you have learned and add skills to your repertoire as you progress.
The hands-on yoga education we provide gives you the opportunity to practice what you are learning as you are learning it. In our entry level courses alone, you will have the chance to master over 40 poses. However, our classes also explore other aspects of instruction such as communication, class structure, innovative progressions, and more. When you become a YogaFit instructor, you will have the ability to keep your classes engaging and beneficial for everyone involved.
