Yoga CoreYogaCore is one of the many distinctive fitness-based yoga courses we have developed at YogaFit. It introduces elements of modern exercise science and physical fitness regimens into a traditional yoga setting. When students use YogaCore and practice healthy diets, they can reshape the entire body, gaining strength and tone along the way.
While all muscle groups can be affected by YogaCore, its main focus is the body's central corset. This includes the abs, glutes, obliques, and more. By using the Core Ball, students are able to isolate and blast these groups. This enables them to increase tone, and it also helps to prevent a number of muscle strains, including those that commonly occur in the lower back.
Our YogaCore workshops provide instructors with all of the tools they need to develop and teach successful YogaCore classes. You will learn how to help your students gain a sense of balance and grace. You will also have the opportunity to delve into creative sequencing and transition techniques that can increase the level of fitness your students achieve during the course of a class.
