Yoga Certification Classes

At YogaFit, we can teach you how to create and execute yoga classes that are perfect for the typical health club. The YogaFit program expands on traditional yoga forms by incorporating aspects of modern exercise science and class structures that are used in group exercise. This unique blend is recognized and recommended by a variety of fitness and yoga organizations including ACE and 200 Hour Yoga Alliance. We offer a range of yoga certification classes and workshops for instructors at all levels.

If you are just starting out in the YogaFit program, our Level I yoga certification classes will allow you to fully explore the techniques, transitions, and progressions for over 40 traditional yoga poses. They will also give you the skills to create engaging classes that are safe and beneficial for every type of student. Our Level II and Level III yoga certification classes enable you to break down further poses and to increase your understanding of other tenets such as advanced breathing techniques and energy release through the seven chakras.

Once you have gained experience as a YogaFit instructor, we offer certification classes for a number of unique programs such as prenatal yoga, kids’ yoga, and seniors yoga. These courses allow you to work with groups that have specific needs or goals, and they give you the ability to greatly enhance your career.
