Yoga Alliance CertificationAt YogaFit, we have created a yoga/fitness fusion that is recognized by a variety of both fitness and yoga organizations. We offer instruction in our methods, and we can help you obtain multiple certifications. Our workshops and conferences give you the opportunity to fully explore the YogaFit program and to develop a set of skills that the majority of yoga instructors simply do not possess.
There are several requirements if you are interested in obtaining your 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certification. You must complete Levels I-III of the YogaFit program, along with the integration programs that accompany each level. You must also complete our unique yoga for seniors workshop, our Level IV workshop, and a four-hour specialty training session.
We offer a variety of specialty classes that will not only help you obtain your Yoga Alliance certification, but provide you with career-enhancing tools as well. YogaButt and YogaCore allow students to focus on specific muscle groups in order to create tone, gain strength, and reshape their bodies. Mood Lifting yoga focuses on both yogic and Western takes on disorders such as depression that can affect one's mood. The poses, breathing techniques, and other facets of the class are designed to uplift students.
Anyone can benefit from a YogaFit class regardless of their experience, size, or age. Our instructors will have the ability to help a wide range of students through the practice of yoga.
