Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

When you undergo our prenatal yoga teacher training program at YogaFit , you will have a set of skills at your disposal that the majority of instructors do not have. You will be able to work safely and effectively with mothers-to-be throughout every phase of their pregnancy. You will be able to develop classes that integrate traditional poses and pelvic exercises into an easy flow following the "3 Mountain" method.

Our prenatal program was designed exclusively for us, so there is nothing else like it available to pregnant women. Our classes can relieve the general aches and pains that come with pregnancy, as well as problems relating to morning sickness. Your students will even be able to ease the labor process by following this program. Mothers who have just given birth can use additional postpartum poses to aid in the body's natural healing process. We also offer workshops that will enable you to teach group classes to mothers and their babies.

Our workshops are available across the country. While we do provide courses for newcomers to the field, our prenatal yoga teacher training is geared towards experienced YogaFit instructors. Along with prenatal workshops, we also offer instruction in other group-specific programs such as yoga for kids and seniors’ yoga.

Our prenatal yoga teacher training, along with our other programs, are recognized by a variety of fitness and yoga organizations including ACE.
