Hand weights and body bars are used alongside traditional yoga poses to increase resistance and elevate the overall fitness level of the class. Our YogaButt class gives students the chance to focus on their abs and back muscle groups. With unique poses, squats, push-ups, lunges, and more, students can tone and strengthen their bodies while gaining confidence and increasing their mental stamina.
