Mind Body Conferences
At YogaFit, our workshops enable instructors of all experience levels to design and execute fitness-based yoga classes that can benefit students of all kinds. In addition to our instructor classes, we also present a series of Mind/Body Fitness Conferences each year. These courses allow you to earn credits towards your 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certification, and they also allow you to explore aspects of yoga that may not have been available to you before. The Mind/Body Fitness Conferences give you the chance to heighten your practice and add skills to your repertoire. They allow you to focus on yourself, so that you can help your students do the same. They also give you the chance to meet and share ideas with other instructors. Along with an array of two-hour classes, MBF conferences also feature a variety of special events. You can relax and enjoy concerts given by performers whose CDs play in yoga classes throughout the country. There are also guest speakers and plenty of opportunities to view the latest yoga products that can help you enhance your practice, or simply make your classes a little more enjoyable for the students. Our Mind/Body conferences take place throughout the year at locations across the country.
