Flow Yoga
Flow yoga introduces increased movement and breath connection to basic yoga postures. When you teach a flow yoga class, you help your students focus on their alignment and techniques, as well as their connection to their breathing and relaxation and meditation skills. The overall result of flow yoga is a full mind/body workout that is appropriate for people of all ages and skill levels. The consistent movement can benefit students who suffer from stiff joints and anyone else who struggles to hold poses for an extended period of time.
At YogaFit , we offer workshops and conferences that you give you the opportunity to develop flow yoga classes that will increase your students' flexibility and will help them ease their minds. The techniques and postures you learn are easy to pass on and effective for a wide range of groups. YogaFit continues to grow in popularity each year as instructors and students realize that it offers the perfect combination of traditional yoga and popular fitness regimens. YogaFit courses are centered on the basic warm-up, work, cool-down structure of a typical group exercise class, and they give students of all levels the chance to tone their bodies and work specific muscle groups, all while enjoying all of the benefits of time-honored yoga traditions. We can help you work towards your ACE and 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certifications. We offer workshops for every level of instructor. Each one allows you to learn techniques, poses, and modifications, but they will also give you insight into communication and progressions that will help keep your students engaged.
