Restorative Pose of the month for Peace: Bent knee, Side Lying Pose

Purpose: bent knees takes pressure off of the low back. Lying in this fetal position, we can feel safe and at ease.
Basic Set Up: Using at least 3 pillows or blankets, place a small pillow under the waist and hip of he side you're lying in, then one pillow under the head, and third pillow between the knees.
Pranayama: none. Try to listen to the subtle inflow and outflow of the breath. Observe as the inhalation moves towards the body, notice when the exhale emerges.
Mantra: Peace resides in me.
