YogaFit Egg Pose Of The Month - June 2014

Yep! this is an Egg Pose too. The eggs can easily, and very comfortable be used as a meditation seat. I prefer to sit with two for a little extra room for my seat. Having the long edge pointed forward and the two eggs pressed together, a lot of great space is added for our lower backs and hips. The best part - because the eggs are naturally curved we can add a very gently rock side to side releasing tension from this area including stress on the SI joint. LOVE this pose, in fact how you will find me sitting in most trainings :)
