Bio: Jodi & Tom have over 40 years of experience in fitness, yoga, dance & martial arts. Their studio, Seriously FUN Fitness, boasts a wide variety of class modalities including Yoga, Kickboxing, Head to Toe Conditioning and Zumba. As avid triathletes, they emphasize the importance of cross training, core stability and proper body alignment to ensure a safe and effective workout experience. JODI grew up doing tap, ballet & jazz dancing and began to teach Aerobics while still in high school. A significant back injury led her back to giving yoga another try and she was hooked. She is currently pursuing her 500 RYT. TOM, an Ironman triathlete, began his career as a Personal Trainer back in 1978 and in 2012, he became Level 1 YogaFit Certified and has incorporated the essence of YogaFit into all of his Group Training classes at Seriously FUN Fitness.
