Bio: Brenda has been practicing yoga since 1999 and has been teaching since 2008. She received her 200 RYT (registered yoga teacher) through YogaFit Training Systems and opened Yoga for You, LLC on July 1, 2011. Since that time she has increased the number of students and class offerings in response to the Yoga for You members desire to develop their skills and learn new strategies for their yoga practice. Yoga for You schedules special events monthly to introduce the many facets of yoga to the community. Beginner classes are taught at the studio through the Bismarck State College Enrichment Program. Brenda also teaches yoga at Heartview and works with clients from Pride, Inc. Besides the love of yoga, Brenda also enjoys sailing on Lake Sakakawea, traveling, spending time with friends and visiting her family in NC.

Bio: Jane Mergle has been involved in health, wellness and fitness activities for over 30 years. Her introduction to the field was as a registered nurse when she observed numerous patients with health issues that could be improved with activity. Her various experiences have included development of a class AnyBodyCan (ABC) devoted to assisting the patient after bariatric/gastric bypass surgery to recover. Jane is a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner and routinely provides "homework" to her clients to partner with her in their wellness. This homework includes referrals to Yogafit classes or enrollment in one of Jane's classes. Yes, AnyBodyCan!!

Bio: Jodi & Tom have over 40 years of experience in fitness, yoga, dance & martial arts. Their studio, Seriously FUN Fitness, boasts a wide variety of class modalities including Yoga, Kickboxing, Head to Toe Conditioning and Zumba. As avid triathletes, they emphasize the importance of cross training, core stability and proper body alignment to ensure a safe and effective workout experience. JODI grew up doing tap, ballet & jazz dancing and began to teach Aerobics while still in high school. A significant back injury led her back to giving yoga another try and she was hooked. She is currently pursuing her 500 RYT. TOM, an Ironman triathlete, began his career as a Personal Trainer back in 1978 and in 2012, he became Level 1 YogaFit Certified and has incorporated the essence of YogaFit into all of his Group Training classes at Seriously FUN Fitness.
