One Week Intensive
In addition to the option to go to India, we are offering two GREAT choices in 2011, a beachside resort in December, or a more ashram-style experience in the beautiful Northwest in the summer in the of the Cascade Mountains:
Haramara Retreat is a secluded and idyllic place designed to provide a natural and supportive environment for individuals and groups searching for relaxation, renewal, and well being. Haramara Retreat offers the required serenity, seclusion, and security for relaxing and renewing vacations and a variety of retreats and workshops. Its peace and tranquility will enhance your physical, spiritual, and mental rejuvenation. Native and untouched tropical vegetation surrounds and embraces each one of the 15 private palapa cabanas (palm thatched cabins). Each charming and cozy cabana has
been carefully designed to subtly merge the internal and external environments while meeting strict ecological standards with as little disturbance to the flora and fauna as possible. Stunning ocean and/or jungle views abound from every cabana. Enjoy the rustic luxury of any one of the cabanas which feature comfortable beds with hand woven sheets, oil lamps and candles for softly lit evenings, and original and uniquely designed individual bathrooms. Some cabanas have private hammocks for lazy afternoon siestas (naps).
Delicious gourmet meals served in a spacious open air palapa roofed restaurant overlooking the jungle and ocean are included in this training price. Meals are tastefully prepared and served with beautiful and artistic presentations. Good nutrition and well balanced meals are an integral part of yoga, meditation, a good mind-body learning experience, and overall health and well being.

All of these rates include your training, beautiful open air shared cabanas with views and private baths, gourmet healthy meals, deluxe linens, and access to beach (resort spa onsite, also). Imagine doing yoga, satsang, and meditation in gorgeous open air cabanas with ocean views, and spending time walking in meditation on the beach. We will fly
into Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (this rate does not include airfare or ground transportation, but ground transportation can be easily arranged to share amongst participants).
