Designed to provide a fun, safe and positive exercise regimen for kids, our YogaFit Kids! program helps introduce children to a lifetime of yoga practicing.

Take YogaFit Kids! Yoga Teacher Training Workshops in Texas

Our YogaFit Kids! yoga teacher training workshops train yoga instructors to teach the YogaFit Kids! program in a health-club setting. Instructors are taught the fundamentals of how to communicate yoga poses to children as well as strategies to engage children in yoga-centered activities and games. YogaFit Kids! is a one-day workshop that is intended to be taken after completing the Level 1 workshop.
