In order to host a YogaFit class in your Colorado health club, there are a few requirements you must satisfy. It's important that you are able to provide a suitable environment for yoga teacher training. That means your studio must have a CD sound system available, adjustable air-conditioning and lighting, and space to hold at least 25 people.

Additionally, the space you provide must be enclosed, have hardwood floors and be available for the entire duration of the class.
