INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
YogaFit is not responsible for US/International customs charges. Orders that are refused by the customer will not be refunded or given a credit on file. Please check with your country's customs policies prior to check out.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund/credit, merchandise must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. Initial postage is non-refundable. Credits for merchandise are good for 6 months only. Damaged/defective items may be exchanged for the same titles only. The customer is responsible for postage associated with returns/exchanges in both directions. YogaFit does not accept returns on opened CDs, DVDs, Books, certain apparel and on all Sale items. There will be a restocking fee of $10.00 for all items returned. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Sorry, no exceptions. MERCHANDISE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Customers will receive email notification upon shipment of merchandise. In some cases, an email notification will be sent from both the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS) and also YogaFit. Customers may track their orders through the YogaFit website by logging into individual accounts. Please be sure to store your YogaFit Account information for future use. In most cases, shipments are sent and delivered with "No signature required".
BACKORDERED / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All backordered/out of stock items listed on a placed order will be held and not shipped until those items are allocated. In that event the customer will have various options:

Customer may request to split-ship the order (and be charged for additional shipping). The allocated items will ship and the backordered items will ship once allocated.

Customer may exchange backordered items for in stock/allocated items.

Customer may request a refund for backordered items only.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Please note that Gift Certificates expire 1 year after the time of purchase.
CLUB YOGAFIT POLICIES
The Club YogaFit Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you become a Club YogaFit Member, your membership will be tied to your log-in information and will automatically reflect Club YogaFit pricing once logged in. Your CYF Membership Card with your CYF Membership number will be mailed to you within the next 7-10 days. Proof of CYF Membership must be presented when purchasing merchandise at trainings and conferences.
INTENSIVES REGISTRATION POLICIES

Included in each course registration fee is a non-refundable, non-transferable $500.00 deposit. And for International Intensive is a non-refundable, non-transferable $1000.00 deposit.

Balance dues must be paid in full a month prior to the date of the Intensive.

Customers canceling with 14 days’ notice or more are entitled to a refund of paid registrations fees, less the non-refundable, non-transferable $500.00/$1000.00 deposit.

Customers canceling with 14 days’ notice or more but wishing to transfer to a different training, customer will forfeit $100.00 transfer fee and the remaining balance can be applied to any future training. Any remaining balances due must be paid upon registration of your trainings or two weeks prior to the date of the training.

Customers canceling with less than 14 days’ notice are NOT entitled to a refund and forfeit a $500.00/$1000.00 deposit. The remaining balance is kept on file as a credit to be applied to a future teacher training within the 12 months from the date the order was processed. Any remaining balances due must be paid upon registration or two weeks prior to the training.

Customers not attending a training and failing to contact YogaFit in advance (i.e., “no-shows”) will forfeit all registration fees; no refund/credit will be issued.

All trainings are subject to cancellation by YogaFit and in such cases; customers will be notified in advance and be provided with various options. Please call to confirm any training(s) prior to making any travel arrangements.

All refunds and/or credits will be issued in US Dollars only, by check, within ten days of the request.

Full attendance is required to receive course credit.
TRAINING REGISTRATION POLICIES

Included in each course registration fee is a non-refundable, non-transferable $100.00 deposit.

Balances dues are to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of the training.

Customers canceling with 14 days’ notice or more are entitled to a refund of paid registrations fees, less the non-refundable, non-transferable $100.00 deposit.

Customers canceling with 14 days’ notice or more but wishing to transfer to a different training, customer will forfeit a $50.00 transfer fee and the remaining balance can be applied to the teacher training for which they are transferring. Any remaining balances due must be paid upon registration or two weeks prior to the training.

Customers canceling with less than 14 days’ notice are not entitled to a refund and forfeit a $100.00 deposit. The remaining balance is kept on file as a credit to be applied to a future teacher training within the 12 months from the date the order was processed. Our ultimate goal is to provide outstanding education. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your training upon arrival, a credit towards a future registration for the same training with a different instructor will be issued if a written and verbal cancellation is made within the first hour of attendance.
ALL RETRAINS
To register for retrains you must contact the customer service department at 888-786-3111. If you register online for a retrain you will be charge the full amount, and at that point you are only entitle to a credit on file. No refunds will be issue.
Please note that any disputes must be filed in the state of California, and that both parties to the contract agree to jurisdiction in that state. By transacting with YogaFit you agree to the terms and conditions provided above.
