Mary believes that the first transformation step on the mat can lead to so much... a place to find health, to find strength, to find fitness, to find relaxation, and brings one to join a community that is both embracing and opens one to unimagined possibilities. This is very much Mary's personal story when she first stepped on a mat 15 years ago to just spend time with her mother (in their overly busy type-A lives) and the doors have continued to open ever since.
Mary is a Senior Trainer and has her E-RYT and RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance through YogaFit. She also holds the ACE and AFAA group fitness certifications, has trained in cycling and Les Mills Body Pump, and possesses extensive experience working with programming and health management for the older adult population. She also has substantial background in studio and group fitness management. Her sense of humor, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with students to deliver inclusive yet personalized instruction, make her classes refreshingly unique and fun. A very strong chakra practitioner, Mary leads levels 1, 2 and 3, Seniors, PreNatal, Kids and Basics.
Happy that life is letting her spend more time on the mat, Mary has a thriving instructional practice in Pittsburgh, is a Senior Advisor with the Silver Sneakers program, and does left-brained work for the family business. If that isn't enough, her other passions are her two amazing children, Camille and Trent, wine tasting and collecting, taking yoga classes everywhere and anywhere, traveling, and reading.

Donna Mosca, 200RYT was called to begin her yoga journey as an injured athlete. Coming from a very competitive past, she began her first yoga practice with the same mindset. When she found her first YogaFit teacher, her body felt nourished and cared for every time she stepped on her mat. It has been said that "people who come to yoga already know" ..... perhaps not right away, but they know that there is something more than what we see on the surface. We are vast and hold infinite possibilities. For the first time, she enjoyed the feeling of REALLY being in her life instead of merely in her life situation. This led her to the discovery of many other mind-body practices and philosophies that she enjoys today such as Meditation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Buddhist studies. Cultivating the ability to let yoga and life move through you instead of working against it is a message she embraces and shares. Practicing to let go of judgment, expectations, and competition was something that created freedom and a much better way of experiencing life (thank you YogaFit!).
With a degree in Biology and a Teaching certification Donna worked as a Wisconsin State Park Naturalist for nearly 20 years, teaching yoga part-time along the way. Practicing for 16 years and teaching for 8, Donna created Peace Tree Yoga (Burlington, WI) and serves as a Yoga Educator at Carthage College (Kenosha, WI). She has specialty training in Partner yoga, Meditation, and Adaptive Yoga. Becoming a part of the YogaFit family has been the best growth experience for her on a personal and professional level. She is honored to be able to share the joy of this wonderful living philosophy that we call Yoga.

Yoga found Jenn at a time in her life filled with challenges and changes. After initially coming to class in hopes of a great cross-training option from hours spent running, Jenn found that yoga offered a safe haven from the pushes and pulls of life. Yoga quickly became a place of peace in the middle of the daily demands of life. Now, Jenn embodies a life of joy by living and enjoying each moment. It is Jenn's desire to create experiences within yoga class where others can also find peace, presence and joy.
Jenn began her journey with YogaFit in 2007. At the end of her first Level 1 Training, she was inspired to not only complete her 200 Hour training, but to also become a Lead Trainer someday. Each training confirmed and strengthened this desire until she joined the Team of YogaFit Trainers in early 2010. While teaching yoga brings joy every day, having the opportunity to teach other yoga teachers is like icing on the cake. Empowering others to bring the gift of yoga into their own communities makes her heart soar. Jenn is currently certified as an ERYT 200.

She took her first Level 1 training in 2003 in Ames, Iowa and has shouted YogaFit's praises from the rooftops ever since. Alison has seen the way YogaFit's style of teaching has transformed her own practice, her teaching of yoga, dance, and kickboxing, and the way she relates to the world with a positive attitude and loads of love. Alison received her master's degree in dance performance and choreography in 2009 and became a YogaFit master trainer in 2012. She currently lives in North Carolina and - in addition to teaching yoga - manages a dance studio and choreographs and directs theatre productions all over the state.

After a few years of personal practice, Lindsey attended her first YogaFit training in 2003 with the hope of one day teaching yoga. By the next year, she had the opportunity to teach at local fitness clubs and volunteer teach at a retirement community in Washington D.C. Since then, she has enjoyed bringing yoga with her on her journey around the country and overseas! In 2009, Lindsey completed her Ph.D. in Geography and Human Development, and knew that she wanted to somehow integrate both her passion for researching people and places and her love for teaching yoga. She has since volunteered at women's shelters teaching yoga and integrated charitable work and donations with her yoga practice and classes. In 2011, Lindsey finished her 200 Hour RYT training and joined the YogaFit team of trainers in 2013. She teaches in both English and Spanish and currently resides in Stuttgart Germany, where she offers classes for adults and children.
Debra has been teaching fitness classes for over twenty years. She began teaching at a studio while in college earning a BS in Education. After college, Debra spent nearly ten years as a Flight Attendant, never losing her passion for fitness or education. Debra took time off from her career to raise her three children and hold down the fort while her husband served in the military. During this time Debra found yoga, or maybe yoga found her. Either way, she could not deny the need for this wonderful gift in her life. After many years of a personal practice the desire to educate others using her background in education became apparent. Her search for a yoga school led her to YogaFit. The style and philosophy of YogaFit allowed this military wife and mother of three to fulfill her dream. The dream of deepening her personal practice while learning to share yoga with others.
Debra is an E-RYT, ACE certified fitness instructor. She has certifications/training in YogaFit Pilates, Postural Analysis, Myofascial Release, Diet and Exercise Over 50, to name a few. Her hobbies are anything fitness (classes, articles, workshops) you name it! She enjoys traveling and spending time on the water paddling her kayak. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her family.
Debra lives near Chicago with her husband and three children.
