YogaFit is a safe yoga class that meets you where you are. No matter your experience with Yoga, the YogaFit format has something for everybody. At YogaFit we believe our bodies should fit the pose, rather than the pose fitting to our bodies. We use proper anatomical alignment or SPA (seven principles of alignment) to safely cue each pose, encouraging the YogaFit Essence of listening to our bodies throughout class. Each class features our Three Mountain Format of warm-up, work phase and floor work/deep stretches. A Hatha based Vinyasa style of Yoga, focusing on the positive aspects and effects that a regular Yoga practice can bring including: better posture, improved body awareness, better flexibility and strength, reduced stress and overall improved quality of life. Whether brand new to yoga or exercise, or a seasoned yogi or athlete, each class at YogaFit has something just for you.
