Plus - Yoga Teacher Training

YogaFit Plus is not just for those working with plus-sized participants, this yoga teacher training will provide you with the tools to create a gentle, flowing class that is respectful of all bodies and levels. In YogaFit Plus we will gain a respect and understanding for the challenges faced by people of size, and we will also find language, sequences, and poses that will provide us with a framework for people of all abilities. We will learn pose modifications using a variety of props, including chairs, blocks, and pillows. This training will teach you to be a more innovative, resourceful, and compassionate YogaFit instructor.
